We dry-age all our Beef the old fashioned way for 28-days.
We are one of only a handful of stores that boasts a
Himalayan Salt Chamber for dry-ageing beef which
customers can now see in our food hall. The process of dry
aging now happens in front of your eyes.
The butchery also offers customers over 1,000 different
products all sourced from the family’s farm or purchased
from local farmers and suppliers.
