Bistro attached to our Food Hall making us one of
the Top Food destinations in Ireland. Cunningham
Butchers is a high class multi award winning family
butchers based in Kilkeel, County Down, Northern
Ireland at the foot of the Mourne Mountains and 5
minutes from the Carlingford Ferry. Established in
1919 by our Great Grandfather, James Cunningham
is still carrying the family heritage, 4 Generations &
100 years on.
‘We have so many big plans to celebrate our 100
years in Business, with the opening of our shop in
the Quays in March 2019 to start the celebrations.
With our recent expansion, and new licensed bistro,
the shop now also provides customers with fresh
produce from a deli, hot food counter and bakery as
well as making its own homemade gelato ice-
cream.We are proud to have won over 20 awards in
the past 2 years including Northern Ireland Best
Butchers In UK and Best Butchers in Ireland’ .
